Your listings are organised. Your back office isn't.

Most agencies have a solid property platform from the mandate onwards. Before and after it, the work runs on email, chat apps and spreadsheets. We put Odoo behind the tools your agents already use, so invoicing, commissions and property management stop depending on one person and the right spreadsheet.

What a disconnected agency is costing you

  • /01

Nobody can tell you what comes in next quarter

Your reports show what was sold last quarter. They don't show what's coming. Pending sales and the listings that are live today already tell you a lot about the coming months, but nobody adds it up. So you plan on last year's figures and gut feeling.

  • /02

    Commissions live in spreadsheets

Commissions are often calculated by hand or tracked in a spreadsheet per agent. Each rate or split an agent has negotiated is another chance to get it wrong, and checking it all eats hours every month.

  • /03

Chat and email fill the gaps in your software

Where your software stops, chat apps and email take over: a question from an owner, a message from a tenant, a quote from a contractor. None of it is linked to the property or the file it belongs to, so the history sits in someone's inbox. The bigger your portfolio, the more of this work stays invisible.

  • /04

The same data gets typed in twice

Leads are retyped from your prospecting tool into your property platform. Viewings go into two systems. Documents live in multiple systems. And as your rental and management portfolio grows, invoicing alone can take several days a month.

A connected back office, without swapping out your agency software

Your agents know their screens. Replacing those often has a steep learning curve, so we start behind the screens and with the backoffice.

How we work

  • /01

Diagnosis first, at a fixed price

Before we propose anything, we map your branches, your systems and every handover between them. You get the as-is picture, a fit/gap on Odoo and costed scenarios to choose from.

  • /02

    Your front office stays

Your property, prospecting and rental software keep doing what they do well. Odoo takes over what they don't cover: invoicing with Peppol, commissions, a service desk for property management, leave and HR.

  • /03

    Standard Odoo first

For a backoffice, most requirements are typically a fit for standard Odoo or are configuration or light custom work. We only build custom where real estate needs it; typically things like the property record itself or the commission engine.

  • /04

    Experienced people, full ownership

You talk to the people doing the actual work. No handover to a junior team after the sale.

One property record, from first lead to paid commission

Multiple solutions can service different processes within the business. Odoo ties them to one property record, so the back office knows what's happening without having to ask. Below are two examples how processes can be automated.

Sales and rentals: from mandate to commission

The mandate is signed in the tool your agents already use. From there, the back office follows automatically.

Property management: from report to recharge

Every repair request lands on the property it belongs to, and the cost follows it to the owner.

Reporting you can ask questions

On top of all your sources, we build one reporting layer: cashflow planning, agent performance and your pipeline, in dashboards the whole team can open. When a dashboard doesn't answer the question, you ask it in plain language. Our reporting agent builds the report, validates it and shows you a preview before your colleagues see it. The queries run on a separate reporting database, never on your production systems.

Your own real estate app, when you're ready

Some agencies want the data model in their own hands. For them, we build the property platform as a specific app integrated with Odoo: property file, calendar, offers and portal publication, in the same system as invoicing and commissions. It's a bigger move and rather an end goal, so we don't start there. We recommend it once the back office runs and the numbers make the case.

Tell us where the friction is and we'll map the fastest path to value.
